Welcome to the world of Hu Shan. In HU SHAN, you will find over 8,000 items including handles, regulators, and spare parts. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce a little about our company history and vision.
In 1972, when my father founded his first company named Zheng Yi, everything started with a desk, a telephone, and two people, my father and my mother. Ten years later, he changed the company name to Hu Shan with big ambitions for the company to grow stronger and always be the toughest in the mountain as Hu Shan translates into “Tiger Mountain” in Chinese. When I graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Design in 2002, architecture and real estate are the obvious career goals for me. However, months after my return from USA, I began pondering the possibility of joining my parents to take Hu Shan to a new level with my education and experiences abroad. In 2006, three years after I joined Hu Shan, we relocated to Ruifang due to business expansion. Also in the same year, we opened our tooling factory in Huang-Yen, China. We continued to grow substantially in the past two years. With warehouse space running out again, and an even clearer view and direction of the future, we are now seeking for another property with enough capacity for the next few decades. As time goes by and things change in the auto industry, our never changing goal is to run a reputable and perpetual business that provides QUALITY, SERVICE and VALUE.
More than 35 years after establishment, Hu Shan now has more than 100 employees. In providing the best service to our customers, we supply 80% of our products with 3 days lead time, and 14 days for the other 15%. We develop over 100 new items every year, and also work with customers to open new tooling and develop new product lines. We strive to become the world’s leading aftermarket auto parts provider, and with determination and hard work, I believe we are well on our way!
